Booking and payment
Sessions are paid in full when you book, by PayNow or card. Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session, through the link in your confirmation email. Within 24 hours, sessions can't be refunded or moved. If I ever need to reschedule, you'll get a new time of your choice or a full refund.
Lateness
Sessions end at the booked time, so arriving late shortens your session.
Recorded readings
Recorded readings are sent within the time stated for each one. Once a reading has been recorded, it can't be refunded.
Age
Sessions are for clients aged 18 and over.
Complementary practice
Readings and energy healing are complementary practices. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and I don't diagnose or treat any condition. If you're in crisis, please contact a medical professional or emergency services.
Privacy
When you book, I collect your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to share about your session. I use it only to arrange and hold your session and to contact you about it. I don't sell or share it, except with the booking and payment services that process it for me. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@theveilbetween.com.
